Field Sales Positions

Sales-RepAre you hands-on & technical with analytical equipment? Do you have sales experience with scientific instruments?

A successful Metrohm Sales Representative is the customer’s expert, go-to source for system advice and recommendations to optimize application workflow and results. You will prospect and travel to client sites to build rapport with the customer base. You will perform product presentations and demonstrations at client sites and solve technical problems utilizing the products and resources of Metrohm USA. Participation at local tradeshows & regional seminars as a “Metrohm ambassador” may also be required. Run the full sales cycle, including following up on leads, demos, problem solving, presentations, quotations, closing and after sale follow up.
Field Service Positions

It’s your chance to be an integral part of dynamic team and make an immediate impact! As a successful Metrohm Field Service Specialist you will apply your instrument /chemistry knowledge and technical experience to solve customers' instrumentation issues and ensure optimal system performance. On-site service may include simple-to-complex repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, certification, refresher training and more. You will get to travel to a diverse group of labs, meet different people and see various instrument applications at work.  You will have the resources to support the client face to face, via phone, email and WebEx.  The ability to juggle/prioritize a busy schedule over a large territory essential; positive customer relations, as well as good collaboration with local Sales colleagues and customer support, ensure sure-fire success in this role. Field travel will be required.
Zone Sales Director

As our Sales Director you will be responsible for all direct salespeople in your assigned sales region. You will establish individual goals and acceptable levels of performance, as well as establishing sales territories and quotas.  You will interface with all departments in order to manage and recruit talent, properly represent the Company at trade shows and manage your sales people to meet or exceed Company goals set forth by the Executive Team.

Product Manager and Product Marketing Manager Positions

Careers-ServiceThe Product Marketing Manager will serve as the marketing expert for Metrohm instruments within the Product Marketing team. The key purpose of this role is to continuously evaluate the competitive position of Metrohm products in the market and to design and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and revenue growth. Working closely with the applications team, the Product Marketing Manager will monitor trending applications development from our in-house team and from external sources. This person will be responsible for incorporating these new developments into the marketing plan.

Product Manager will serve as the technical and marketing expert for Metrohm products. A key position on the Product Marketing team, this leader will continuously evaluate the position of Metrohm products in the market and design and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and revenue growth. The Product Manager is also key to the product launch process where this person will take on responsibility for the process of introducing new products or product enhancements to our sales channel and the end customer. Furthermore, this person will work together with the Marketing Communication team to generation of promotional materials.
Applications Specialist Positions

Technical-ApplicationsDo you love working with analytical instruments? Enjoy problem solving? Enjoy interacting and presenting technical information to others?

As an Applications Specialist, you will work in the Applications and Sales Support Laboratory, you will get to support the sales and service efforts by running test samples in the lab and developing applications for both internal and external customers. After your work is documented, you will present and discuss applications with the sales and service team and customers using various media including: Formal laboratory report, PowerPoint, face to face meetings or via WebEx.
This role serves as an active member of a team that represents the company at scientific meetings, customer visits and training sessions. This would be a great opportunity for a chemist that is looking for a challenge in addition to working in a lab.
