Autolab Spincoater

The Autolab Spincoater is an affordable benchtop spin-coating system that can be used to coat uniform layers of, for example, polymers or metal oxides on a substrate.

With a 13.5 cm diameter substrate vessel, the Spincoater can handle gold-plated disks from 2.5 cm and larger as well as automatic dispensing systems. The digital control unit can manually set the rotational speed from 100 to 10,000 rpm with an accuracy of 1 rpm.

Special size spin tables are available. (e.g. for substrates of 10 mm diameter, 10 mm x 10 mm square, 12 mm x 12 mm square, 40 mm x 10 mm rectangle) Other sizes available on request.

SPR Thermostatic Control System

The easy-to-operate, three-button Lauda^® RE-204-SPR thermostatic system is equipped with the latest in microprocessor technology. It can support temperatures between –10°C and 200°C with an accuracy of ± 0.01°C, ensuring very stable SPR measurements.

In addition, the RE-204-SPR communicates through an RS-232 interface and can be controlled either manually or through the Autolab SPR software directly.
