Autolab SPR Data and Kinetic Software

The Autolab SPR software package contains programs for both data acquisition and kinetic evaluation, which operate under Windows^® XP/Vista(32)/Windows 7(32) and can be run on any computer.

Sequencer

Automatic instrument control, measurement and liquid handling is done throughout the measurement sequences. These sequences are a list of commands that is used to automate the control of the instrument. You can create new sequences or edit existing ones in the easy-to-use “Sequencer” window. The Sequencer combines the autosampler capabilities of the ESPRIT and allows you to operate the instrument 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with full sample recovery and email notifications of sample and sequence completion.

Data Acquisition

The Data Acquisition software contains all the necessary tools to control the instrumen as well as the “data presentation” window which shows all measured data; the association, dissociation and regeneration phase. The temperature is also recorded at the same interval. You can add markers to any data point on the plot so that comments on special events or specific areas of interest can be marked and logged into an event recorder. 

The unique “Scope” mode makes the verification of the SPR signal before and during the experiment quick and easy, ensuring you the quality of your sensor and accuracy of your sample data.

Kinetic Evaluation

A powerful evaluation tool, the innovative Kinetic Evaluation softwawre package offers signal collection and processing as well as the ability to determine kinetic rates, affinity values, and Van 't Hoff values.  Creating and saving custom kinetic models is also available.  Data can be transferred to Excel or Origin^® for further studies.
