Methods for testing the condition of electrodes for surfactant titration are presented. For «Ionic Surfactant» electrodes, SDS is titrated with TEGOtrant, for «Cationic Surfactant» electrodes TE-GOtrant with SDS and for NIO surfactant electrodes PEG 1000 with STPB. With Surfactrode Resistant electrodes and Surfactrode Refill electrodes a titration of SDS with TEGOtrant is performed.An appropriate criterion is the height of the potential jump and of course the shape of the titration curve.
