Certification is designed to safeguard your results, satisfy government and internal laboratory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, GLP, SOP), and help establish precision and confidence in your data—with traceability to National Institute of Technology (NIST) standards.

Our manufacturer-trained service professionals perform all diagnostic services to ensure that your instrument meets the manufacturer’s rigid requirements, and certification can take place at one of our facilities or on-site at your facility.

For liquid handling devices

Certification of a liquid handling device (Dosino^® burets and Exchange Units) ensures that the accuracy and precision of liquid delivery is within the manufacturer’s specifications. The procedure is performed using a certified balance and distilled/degassed water to determine the accuracy and precision of dispensing liquid over the entire operational range.

For instruments other than liquid handling devices

Certification uses the manufacturer’s specified testing procedures and equipment to ensure that your instrument meets all the required technical specifications, and it includes a detailed hardware and electronic evaluation. The procedure tests all inputs, outputs, switches, displays, motors, sensors and internal firmware.
