To this end, we offer an array of service programs to ensure your lab stays in compliance and you’ve minimized your risk of downtime as best you can.

Certification  — We’ll perform all test procedures and provide you with the required documentation to comply with your FDA and/or GLP guidelines.

IQ/OQ Validation — We provide operational assurance testing on our potentiometric, coulometric, volumetric and/or Karl Fisher (with or without oven) titration equipment; for our Ion Chromatography systems, IQ/OQ covers conductivity, UV and voltammetry

Preventive Maintenance — The key to your system’s accuracy and longevity. Choose the level of service that best suits your needs and budget. Not sure? Your local Sales Rep knows your applications and methods and can help you determine an appropriate maintenance schedule.

Emergency Service & Repair — Let’s face it, a system can go down at any time, and for any number of reasons. And when that happens, Metrohm is by your side. Contact our Service Center and we’ll take care of getting you back up and running fast.

System & Application Training — A great system can be bogged down by inexperience. Operate your system to it fullest potential by educating its users.
