And so is our support for them.

At Metrohm, we truly are focused on your bottom line – and we do this by designing and building analytical instruments that stand the test of time.

But as technologies evolve and improve, we must make the painful decision that a particular instrument has run its manufacture course; however, because they are built to last, we want you to get the absolute most out of them – so we guarantee spare parts and support of them throughout their manufacture life PLUS 10 years after their discontinuation.

We’ve set this window of “support life” – which, to our knowledge, is the best in our industry – because at a certain point parts and materials become difficult to source. And to be completely honest with you (and we always will be), as these instruments age further beyond their discontinuation date, the harder it also becomes for us to find and train new Service personnel to fully support them.

The takeaway from all this is that you have put your trust (rightly so) in a brand that has the longest instrument warranty, the longest spare parts promise, and the longest support assurance of any in the industry.
